Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation, and if unresolved, shall proceed to mediation or

binding arbitration under internationally recognized dispute resolution frameworks (such as UNCITRAL or ICC rules),

prior to any formal legal proceedings.

The seat of arbitration shall be determined based on the User’s primary residence or at the Company’s discretion in

either South Africa or the United Kingdom, ensuring fairness and accessibility for all parties.
